During each term of Western Clinical Diagnosis, students are given a list of books related to the topics that they will be studying during the year. Students must write short reviews of their chosen books, relating the major themes, highlighting concepts that they find useful, and discussing how ideas presented in the book may or may not be useful to their respective practices as healthcare providers. This list is only a compilation of recommended books, and an asterisk indicates that any book by that author is considered acceptable for the assignment. Students who would like to select a book that is related to western medicine but that does not appear here are advised to bring that suggestion to the professor.
